MUMBAI: Some shows touched a different nerve of the audience. The shows which aired in the 90’s and the 2000’s had a strong connection with the audience and people miss watching the shows till date.

Some of the shows are Remix, Dill Mill Gayee, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai, Khichdi among others. And one such show was also Pyaar Ki Ek Kahaani which aired on Star One. Whenever we think about that show, it reminds us of the Twilight series.

However, this show starred Vivian Dsena and Sukirti Kandpal in the lead roles.

The story revolved around the love story between Abhay Raichand, a mysterious 200- year old vampire and Piyashri (Piya) Jaiswal, a sweet and simple girl, living in an orphanage, later revealed to be youngest daughter of richest family of Dehradun and how they unite despite all odds. Pia joins a new college in Dehradun and soon, falls in love with Abhay. However, she is unaware of the fact that he is a vampire.

Vivian’s portrayal as a vampire was acknowledged and appreciated.

The show also starred Rithvik Dhanjani, Kishwer Merchantt Rai, Priya Wal, Madhura Naik, Vahhbiz Dorabjee, Suyyash Rai among others.

Well, now there is good news for the fans of the show as the show is all set to return with season 2!

Yes, sources have it that the show will return with an instalment of the season and the promo of the show is touted to release by August end.
