Gurmeet Choudhary in a new avatar, "Champa"

First of all, handsome and dashing Gurmeet Choudhary is all kicked to throw in some killer moves in Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He rose to immense popularity for his romantic pairing with Drashti Dhami in Star One’s Geet. Apart from Jhalak, he is also currently part of Zee TV’s Punar Vivah Now as per the format of Jhalak, each celebrity contestant is paired along with one seasoned choreographer. Gurmeet has choreographer Shampa Sonthalia as his partner. Shampa was a part of Jhalak’s last season as well wherein she paired opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Tellychakkar.com entered into a candid chat with Gurmeet and when asked about balancing rehearsals, shooting and married life, he said, “Rehearsals are going great. I am blessed with an amazing choreographer and we are trying our level best to deliver.” Gurmeet further added, “One fine day Debina (Bonnerjee, his wife) joined us on the rehearsals and it was the most disastrous day as two ladies came together and made me dance on their finger tips. Ek taraf debina, ek taraf Shampa and bich mein main akela Champa (exploded laughing).” Aha...now you know the Champa connection in the headline. We are sure this Champa will rock in Jhalak!!!
