"Guru Randhawa Praises Salman Ali: ‘I have been a huge fan of your work’ as the Singer Auditions for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa!"

MUMBAI: Zee TV’s iconic singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, returns with a brand-new season, featuring an all-new panel of mentors – Sachin-Jigar, Sachet-Parampara, Guru Randhawa, alongside the host Vipul Roy, showcasing some of India’s finest emerging voices in this edition titled Nayi Aawaaz, Naya Andaaz.

As contestants from across the country prepare to compete for a spot in the top 12, a select few have stood out, impressing the judges with their unique voices and passion for music. In the premiere episode, the audience will witness the talented singer Salman Ali auditioning for the show. Looks like the singer is back to claim the trophy after finishing as the runner-up in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs 2011.
Salman Ali has won many hearts over the years and has also inspired a contestant named Kaif, who was fortunate enough to meet the singer. Kaif shared how Salman Ali has been a major inspiration to him. Even mentor Guru Randhawa couldn’t resist praising the young singer, revealing that he, too, is a huge fan and has followed Salman’s journey closely since Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs. The celebrated composer and singer then requested Salman to perform one of his most cherished songs, Sajda.

Guru Randhawa said, “I have been a huge fan of your work, Salman, and I really am grateful to Sa Re Ga Ma Pa for giving us this platform to hear you live. I have watched a bunch of your videos, and I remember seeing you perform to your very first song, Sajda. It will make our day if you could perform that song for all of us.”

The rendition by Salman along with his co-contestant Kaif mesmerised one and all. And with him coming on the show after Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs will definitely get everyone excited!
