You've got to hand it to Vrijesh Hirjee. The talented artiste, who can be seen essaying the role of Mr Patel in Naya Office Office had a thirty foot fall when he was filming for the comedy film Golmaal. The lad continued filming for the next five six days of the schedule. Signs of a committed artist and a brave human being.
"I was strung up when I fell," he says. "The shot is in the film. I landed on my hand and ribs. There was pain yes. But when the doctor examined me he felt there was nothing wrong. He asked me to put up a crepe bandage and it would be all right."

Hirjee adds that he got worried when he could not lift his hand and the pain became intense both in his rib cage and his hand. Hence, he took time off. "It took me three weeks to recover and I was just resting myself after that," he says.
In the process, the pencil thin Hirjee lost a lot of weight. But he fought back and today Hirjee's not just put on weight but is hail and hearty too.
Apart from Naya Office Office, Hirjee is currently busy shooting for two movies. Additionally, he is hosting his own show on FM Radio.
Hirjee dropped in to Tellychakkar.com and we had a short moment with him wherein he shared this incident with us.
As they say, good things come in small packages.
