MUMBAI: Actor Huma Qureshi is all set to join the cast of Netflix’s upcoming zombie thriller, Army Of The Dead, helmed by Zack Snyder of 300and Justice League fame. After Leila, India’s first dystopian drama series anchored by Deepa Mehta that is soon-to release on Netflix, this will be Qureshi’s second collaboration with the internet entertainment service.
Qureshi will be joining Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Ana De La Reguera, and Theo Rossi on Army Of The Dead.
The film is set against the backdrop of a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, following which a group of mercenaries set out to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.
Produced by Deborah Snyder, Zack Snyder, and Wesley Coller, Army Of The Dead is being directed by Synder, who has several notable films to his name, including 300, Justice League and Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice, among others.
Watch out for this zombie thriller film coming to a smart screen near you only on Netflix.
