Actor Subhankar Saha feels that if the off screen friendship is good it will automatically reflect on screen!

The actor made the above statement referring to his on screen chemistry and off screen friendship with actress Sweta Bhattacharya.

Subhankar and Sweta are all set to act as a pair in Zee Bangla’s upcoming daily Jarowar Jhumko (Blues Production).

They were also seen as a couple in their earlier soap Tumi Robe Nirobe, where both of their characters were deaf and mute. Their characters were quite popular among the viewers.

When quizzed what makes their chemistry so popular, he quipped, “It’s because of our friendship. Sweta and I are good friends and that’s why it was easier to work and enact scenes together.”

“So, I think it’s the friendship that helped us to perform better on screen. Audiences too loved our chemistry and we also won the favourite onscreen Jodi award. When I had heard that we will be working again, I had jumped with excitement,” he added flashing a bright smile.

Subhankar is hopeful that audiences will again shower their love on them.

He said, “Our next serial Jarowar Jhumko is based on jewelry. It’s a unique concept. I hope people will love us here too.”

Great going, young man!

Jarowar Jhumko will start from 22 August, and air Monday to Saturday, 8 pm.
