MUMBAI: Nach Baliye has returned to the TV screens with a bang. The ninth season, which has a new format, features some of the popular television celebrities as competitors. The show is being produced by Salman Khan. The show had its grand premiere recently and unveiled which real-life and ex-couples are participants.

Popular actress Anita Hassanandani and her hubby Rohit Reddy are also participants in the show. The couple won hearts with their performance in the show. In a recent interview with Times of India, Anita shared how the experience of being on the show has been and who out of Rohit and her is a better dancer. She was also asked about who convinced them to become a part of Nach Baliye 9 and she stated that it was she who was keen to be a part of the show. The actress mentioned that she convinced Rohit to take on the show with her. When prodded about who is a better dancer between Rohit and her, Anita spoke like a doting wife and praised her hubby.

“I thought I was a better dancer but the way rehearsals are going, Rohit is killing it.” When asked if she or Rohit received any dance training, the actor stated that her hubby was a complete non-dancer and that she also hasn’t learnt any dance form. However, the actress had her own reasons for taking up Nach Baliye 9 and she mentioned that the time she would be getting to spend with her hubby Rohit is what drew her towards taking up the show.

Anita was all praises for Salman and said, “I have always been and am a huge fan of Salman Khan. It's my pleasure to be working with Salman Khan production and I am so excited, so proud and so thankful.”
