A page from the personal diary of srman Jain Hello everyone, this is Srman Jain aka Rugved Sarabhai in Chhanchhan on Sony Entertainment Television. Today, I am here to brief you something about myself. Basically from Agra, I came here in Mumbai to pursue my post graduation in MBA (Marketing). Trying my hand in acting was my passion and from my 1st year of graduation my luck started helping me to get into this industry when I started giving auditions and doing some ad films. I started my career as a host Silky Kumar for a MTV show and then I also did Dadagiri for channel Bindass. Talking of my journey, all I can say is that it has been a roller coaster ride full of so many good and bad experiences. I believe in living every moment of life without carrying any grudges and without immersing myself in sorrow. I believe life is good only when you breathe and not when you are not alive to experience. So, every minute is precious. I advise you all to not waste it. I am a kind of guy who is very passionate, hardworking and workaholic because I love doing what I am into. Every bit of a project that I have done had something in it for me to learn. As a matter of fact, I would say that I grew everyday with some good learning experiences. Personally, I believe that no matter what you become in life and where you come from, the most important thing is what you have learned through life. I have never let my profession affect my education. For me, education has always been my first priority under any circumstance. On my first day of shoot, I was there on the sets but was not shown on the TV screen. It was for an ad of Frooti where there were around 20 kids and had no idea of what was going on. I never knew whether I came on camera or just got lost in the crowd. So, my first ever shoot, kind of, went unnoticed. People often ask me as to why I always play comic roles. But let me come out with the fact that this is not something that I want to do all my life; it’s only that I get to play such kind of roles over and over again. And most importantly, I am pretty good at playing such roles. My most memorable moment so far was in Desi Boys. There was a moment when I was sitting with Akshay Kumar where he was narrating his life story to me. That was the moment I wanted to freeze forever because it’s a privilege to sit with the star and be clicked with him. So, this is me Srman Jain taking your leave for now. I promise to meet you’ll up soon with some more interesting stuff
