MUMBAI: Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana is all set to go on floors from Monday. The show replaced Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani on Star Plus. It is a love story about a tenant and a bahu of a house. She is pregnant and widowed.

Esha Kansara and Hasan Zaidi are playing the lead roles. We can see that it is a love story where two opposites meet. While Esha is the eternal optimist, Hasan's character is that of a pessimist. We have to see what happens when the two meet. The story looks like it will be a refreshing change with its concept. 

In an exclusive conversation with Esha, she took us on a tour to meet Amrita Sakhuja, "Amrita is a very positive girl, she is the most sought-after bahu any family would have. She is full of happiness, wants to make sure that wherever she goes she would spread light and joy around. She doesn't wish to see anyone sad around her, Amrita would become the best listener for them." 

Talking about her character she adds, "She is going to be a mother soon, she has different intuitions and instincts about life and people which is a very attractive quality about her. Amrita has a positive perspective on life. Since Amrita is pregnant, I worked on my body language, I tried to bring the Punjabi dialect into the character. We tried to keep the nuances of the Punjabi family. She is very poised, has her own class, dressing style. She is young but is very matured." 

"I had to change Esha's perspective towards life to enter the skin of Amrita. Esha is a strong-headed girl, Amrita is also strong-headed yet soft and also a decision-maker so had to give a different vision to the character. Be it her dressing, her personality, her ideology I have tried to make everything look different," she added. 

Sharing about the nervousness, Esha said, "Yes, I am very nervous since I can literally say this is my show. It's about the Sakhuja family and Amrita is my favourite character. We have put in so much hard work and tried to experiment for something new. I am nervous about the audience's reactions and how they are accepting the show. With the vision we created the show, I wish the audience accepts with the same and give us love for our sweet attempt."
