The actress recently spoke to ETimes TV exclusive and opened up about how much she has changed as a person in the last few years. Shweta stated that she has become more mature, less sensitive and a person who doesn't give a sh** to anything anymore.

She further revealed that it was due to pain in her shoulders that pushed her towards taking fitness seriously, "To be honest my bad shoulders or you can say pain in my shoulders pushed me to take fitness seriously. It has still not fully recovered."

Sharing her personal inputs, Shweta said that it is not necessary to starve to lose weight and one can achieve a fit body by regularly exercising, "I feel you cannot become fit just by thinking, you have to work towards it. People feel they need to starve in order to stay fit and they can't suddenly starve themselves. But you don't need to starve, eat whatever you want to and along with it make sure to workout everyday at least for an hour. But people don't want to do that as well because it needs determination and they don't want to do it," she said.
