It’s possible, Madhura makes debut in Yashraj’s Pyaar Impossible

Madhura Naik, known to couch potatoes as Sonia from Bidaai and Maya from Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil, has made her big switch. She will be seen in Yashraj Film’s Pyaar Impossible. The film which relaunches Uday Chopra also stars Priyanka Chopra.Madhura says, “I play Priyanka’s college friend in the movie. We are best friends and have a college band, along with another friend. I am very excited and hope everyone likes my work.” How did she get the role? “Frankly, I don’t even remember when and how I had sent a photo to Yashraj Films, it was so long ago. Few months back, I got a call from them asking me to come for the auditions. I auditioned and got through. It was that simple!” she says. The pretty actress is all praise for the production house. “We had a lovely time in Thailand where we shot with Priyanka and Uday. It was great fun working with them. They are big stars, yet so professional and down to earth,” she coos. She adds, “This single film has taught me so much, I cannot tell you.This is my first brush with the big screen, and there was so much to learn – the camera angles, the right expressions, the right voice modulation – and I did it all from my colleagues and director. I think more than anything else, it is the learning process that I enjoyed the most from this film and banner that.”
