The festival of 'Janmashtami', which marks the birth of Lord Krishna, is celebrated throughout the country with great fervour.
On this special occasion, &TV will present different tales related to Lord Krishna in their four shows, Waaris (Viniyard Films), Gangaa (Sphereorigins), Santoshi Maa (Rashmi Sharma Production) and Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai (Edit II). These series will present tracks around Krishna and Janmashtami soon.
In Gangaa, after finding out that Zoya (Rucha Gujarathi) is his daughter, Niranjan (Hiten Tejwani) will get her home. On the other hand, Sagar (Vishal Vashishtha) would lay down the condition that he and Madhvi (Gungun Uprari) will leave the house if Zoya enters it. Madhvi and Sagar will eventually have to move out. While Sagar would move to London, Niranjan will continue to work in Banaras. A few months later, Ganga (Aditi Sharma) will go into labour during the festival of Janmashtami. Unable to get Ganga to the hospital for delivery, Sudha and other women would carry her to a nearby temple. Ganga will give birth to a baby girl on the Janmashtami festival.
While in Santoshi Maa, Janmashthami celebrations will begin in the house where everyone would be singing Bhajan kirtans. Sindoori (Archana Taide) will secretly mix poison in the prasad which will be given to the family members but Lord Krishna (Jay Soni) will come and save everyone and won't let anyone eat the Prasad.
In Waaris, it will be Simran's (Farhina Parvez) mehendi ceremony but unfortunately her hand will get burnt but despite that she would write Chandar's (Angad Hasija) name on her hands as a part of the tradition.
Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai will see Angoori (Shubhangi Atre) falling from the balcony while calling Ladoo and Lord Krishna will appear as Ladoo and save Angoori from falling.
Happy Janmashtmi!!!
