MUMBAI: Star Plus show Jhanak is one show which has gained the interest of the audience with its complex drama.
The show kickstarted with Jhanak being forced to marry Aniruddh because of certain situations and later, how she had to live in the Bose house as a maid as Aniruddh could not reveal that the two are married. Over the period of time, Aniruddh developed feelings for Jhanak.
On the other hand, his marriage with Arshi was fixed, however, situations led him to think about Jhanak, her career and her life more. Arshi was determined and almost slipped into depression because of Aniruddh as she wanted to win over him and even felt jealous of Jhanak. She tried leaving Aniruddh time and again, kept changing his decisions so much that Arshi is also confused whether he wants in or out of the relationship.
Jhanak is also troubled by his indecisiveness.
On the other hand, Jhanak has a lot of support from Aditya Kapoor who is quite streamlined in his thoughts and he loves Jhanak.
This prompts us to question the audience that should Jhanak stand up for her self-respect after all what she has been through because of Aniruddh?
It was because of him that she was treated like a maid but Aniruddh did not go all out in complete support of her, leave him and choose Aditya Kapoor who loves her or should she choose Aniruddh as her soulmate even after going through so much of pain, for she is evidently in love with him?
