Juhi and Shabbir to host reality show?

There has been a spate of reality shows on TV and the channels are laughing all the way to the bank. As a result there is no dearth of new concepts and ideas flooding in. In this race to come up with one such innovative idea is Star Plus and production house Contiloe. They have decided to cash in on the biggest Indian event namely marriages. And the result is a new reality show called Rock and Roll Soniye. The buzz is that the show will be hosted by none other than Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla and Shabbir Ahluwalia. Though Abhimanyu Singh CEO of Contiloe says, “We have not yet decided on the hosts and the judges as yet. Talks are still on with prospective hosts.” The show will have real life couples entertain viewers with dance performances, witty answers and compatibility tests that will get them closer to their mega wedding. Along with their dancing skills they will be judged on their spontaneity and humour. And ofcourse celebrity judges will assess their performances. Abhimanyu informed, “There will be ten couples from different corners of the country participating in the show. They will have to dance their way through to make their dream wedding come true. The prize will be a dream wedding sponsored by Contiloe and Star Plus wherever the winning couple wants it to be organised. Along with the judges viewers too can vote their favourite dancing couple.” Talking about the format he informs, “Rock and Roll Soniye is not an internationally acquired format. It is an indigenous format.” So all you real life baliyes get ready for a good nach.
