Bollywood's quintessential cuteness, Juhi Chawla is all set to make her come back on television. Chawla who will be seen in The Test Case in a cameo appearance will soon be part of a TV series, albeit just with her voice.
EPIC channel which is known for its culturally tilted content will soon be launching a new show. Titled Sharanam, the new program will be a religious travel guide series. The makers of the show have roped in, the beautiful, Juhi Chawla as the narrator and presenter for Sharanam. However, the actor won’t be seen on screen and just her voice will spread the magic while guiding the viewers. Juhi’s voice has always been appreciated and has been loved by the viewers over the years.
The show will be taking the viewers on a tour of different temples in the country. “Through the episodes, the makers will showcase antique sacred places and their importance,” a source cleared. The series will be mostly be a weekly and will run for 20-25 episodes.
Chawla will be shooting for the promos of the show today itself. The program is tentatively slated to go on air by November end.
It would be interesting to listen to Juhi's narration in her mellifluous voice as she takes us on a heavenly sojourn of the most worshipped and venerated places of the country.
