MUMBAI: One of the most well-known comedians, actors, and TV hosts in India is Kapil Sharma. As the presenter and creator of The Kapil Sharma Show, he became quite well-known.
Kapil, who is renowned for having perfect comic timing, has delighted audiences with his improv comedy, celebrity interviews, and funny take on everyday life. Kapil is quite active on social media and he has shared his happiness on his film Zwigato completing a year and that it will now make its digital debut tomorrow (October 25).
Directed by Nandita Das it stars Sharma in a serious, dramatic role, which marked a departure from his usual comic persona. The film revolves around the life of a delivery driver working for a food delivery app called Zwigato, highlighting the struggles faced by gig economy workers in India.
The film touches on social issues, labour exploitation, and the impact of the gig economy on blue-collar workers.

After winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007, Kapil initially gained fame. After that, he became well-known because of his winning performances on programs like Comedy Circus. The basis for his enormous fame was established when he started Comedy Nights with Kapil, which went on to become one of the highest-rated TV programs.
