Karan Vohra’s Daredevil Fire Stunt for Main Hoon Saath Tere

Karan

MUMBAI: The acting profession often requires actors to push themselves beyond their comfort zones and take on difficult challenges. A recent example is Main Hoon Saath Tere’s lead actor Karan Vohra who was required to jump over fire to save his onscreen son Kian (Nihan Jain). These calculated risks taken with utmost care and precaution and under the watchful eye of an expert crew profoundly enrich an actor’s craft.

Karan said, “Jumping across an entire stretch of real fire was initially very frightening, but I had complete faith in my team and their safety measures. Seeing Nihan face this challenging task so positively also gave me extra strength. These daring stunts test our limits and go a long way in making us more versatile artistes. It gave me an adrenalin rush, another level of satisfaction as an actor, which can only be felt and not expressed in words. Aryaman, as a character constantly demands that I push the envelope and try things I’ve never attempted before and I can only thank the makers – producer Sonali Jaffer and Zee TV for the opportunity.”

On the show, after Aryaman rescues Kian, Janvi (Ulka Gupta) realizes that his intentions are pure and love for Kian is authentic. He professes his love to her and expresses a desire to marry her. Slamming down all opposition towards their match at home, he stands up to his father Brij and insists on tying the knot with Janvi. After a dramatic set of pheras that Arya takes with Janvi in a fit of defiant rage with the whole family and guests watching on awe-struck, viewers can now look forward to Arya and Janvi getting officially married amidst a grand celebration on 22nd July.

To find out, tune in to Main Hoon Saath Tere every day at 7:30 pm, only on Zee TV!
