MUMBAI: A video of the prayer meeting Kishwer Merchant arranged at a Gurdwara in honor of her pet Frisky, who passed away a month ago, was recently posted on Instagram. Two months earlier, Pepsi, her other pet, passed away. Her relatives and close friends attended the prayer meeting. Kishwer also had a pendant made in honor of her pet, which she showed in the video.

In addition to offering prayers, Kishwer Merchant's son Nirvair Rai could be seen in the video serving water bottles to visitors as they were eating. Kishwer posted on Instagram and wrote, “It's been a month Frisky .. I still can't forgive myself that I wasn't here when u decided to go and be with Pepsi. But am happy that u are happy and in no pain anymore .. both u guys just enjoy together and be happy that's all we wish for always”
Kishwer Merchant's Instagram post sparked a positive and heartfelt response from her followers. Her heartfelt act of having a pendant designed in honor of her loved pet Frisky, was greatly appreciated.
The tribute resonated deeply with her followers, who commended her for honoring Frisky in such a meaningful way. Additionally, numerous fans expressed their admiration for her son Nirvair, calling him a pure soul and extending their best wishes to him and the family during this emotional time.
In 1997, Kishwer Merchant made her television debut as Julia, an assistant, on the show Shaktimaan. From 1998 to 2000, she played Nonie in the hit television sitcom Hip Hip Hurray. After that, Kishwer made appearances in several popular shows, such as Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Babul Ki Duwayen Leti Jaa, Kutumb, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kayaamat – Jabb Bhi Waqt Aata Hai, Hatim, and Khichdi.
She also appeared in several Balaji productions, including Kasamh Se and Kkavyanjali. In the 2008 season of the hit youth program Miley Jab Hum Tum, which starred Sanaya Irani and Arjun Bijlani, she played the character of Tamanna in 2007.
Along with her partner Suyyash Rai, Kishwer competed in the 2015 season of Bigg Boss 9, a reality TV program where she was paired with Aman Verma. During the Ticket to Finale task, she felt forced to leave the show and left with Rs 15 lakhs.
