Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala: Sikandar loses his ability to sing; ignores Kullfi

MUMBAI: The episode starts with Kulfi stating how she is tired of fighting all alone. She requests Amyra to take back her promise. Amyra complies to it and Kulfi states how it will be the first time that Kulfi sees her father as he is. She is excited to share the news that she is his daughter. Amyra then breaks the news to her that Sikander already knows about Kulfi being his real daughter.

Kulfi is shocked and states that she assumed Sikander's behaviour towards her was distant because he didn't know about her. Amyra then reveals that she made Sikander stay away from Kulfi because she was going to die. She tells Kulfi about the promise she made Sikander take. Kulfi is furious and demands to meet him right away. She gets off the bed to see him and Amyra follows her. That's when they hear about Sikander's accident and his critical state. Both insist on seeing their father but the doctor refuses to let them go. He then states that Sikander will be kept under observation for 24 hours and only after signs of improvement, will they proceed with the treatment.

Kulfi's anger turns into sadness as she prays for his recovery. The doctor later announces that Sikander is out of danger. However, the treatment is still on and he needs to stay in the hospital for a few more operations. Sadly, Sikander's vocal cords are damaged and hence he will never be able to sing again. Kulfi is in shock while Amyra tells Loveleen that she will never get to sing with her father ever. Kulfi reminisces about the time when he helped her regain her voice during Little Superstars. She vows to bring back his voice by patiently staying by his side.

A month later, the house is bustling as everybody is preparing for Sikander's return from the hospital. Kulfi makes some sweets for him while Amyra bakes a cake. Loveleen praises Amyra's efforts but she simply states that no matter what, Sikander will only like Kulfi's stuff. Loveleen tells her that she needs to get over things and accept them as they are. Sikander is brought home by Mahendra. As he enters the house, Sikander calls out Kulfi. But he adds that they will go to have some kulfi later. He then goes straight to Amyra and completely ignores Kulfi. Loveleen notices the difference in Sikander's behaviour.
