Kunal Thakkur ‘excited’ to be part of the short film ‘Back Pack'

Kunal Thakkur of the movie The Xpose fame is pretty excited about his new short film. The actor is famous for his role in Bandini. Titled ‘Back Pack’, the story will dwell upon the journey of six friends with a major twist towards the climax. Kunal will play the role of Rehan whose back pack will create intrigue. The role offered to Kunal has been very unique in the sense that he will play a Muslim living in India. However, his friends would tease him by calling him a ‘Pakistani’. Says Kunal, “The character is very relatable. The comic take given to the short film makes it very different and special. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of it.” Back Pack is made by Roshan Sachdev, a builder by profession in Bandra. Roshan’s idea is to launch the short film on a big scale as digital content. The best part of this short film is that it has been shot on a good budget, mostly outdoors. Along with Kunal, actors Namita Ramsay, Annie Gill and ‘Keech Meri Photo’ fame Akasa Singh will be seen in the short film. Here’s wishing Kunal all the very best for his short film.
