Kushal, Payal and Amit; probable contenders for Survivor India

Star Plus is gearing up for its next big ticket reality show Survivor India produced by Miditech. Survivor has been an extremely popular show abroad and now the format has been licensed to India. The makers of the show have approached the likes of John Abraham and Ajay Devgn to host the show and will also see 20 celebrity TV contestants battling it out. A few names like Rahul Vaidya, Aditya Redij and Abhishek Awasthi have already been reported about. While there is still time for the show come on air, the production house has started approaching a lot of TV actors for the show. A source reveals,” We are approaching a lot of people. The latest ones to join the bandwagon are Kushal Punjabi, Payal Rohatgi, Amit Tandon, Pooja and Barkha Bisht. However nothing has been finalised yet; as we need not more than 20 contenders. Things will become a bit clearer in the next two weeks when the final list will be put together. The show needs to go on floors by the end of May.” Kushal says,”Yes I have been approached but nothing has been finalised.” Meanwhile Tandon echoed the same words. Barkha Bisht remained unavailable to comment.
