Tellychakkar.com was the first one to report about 4 Lions coming up with a youth based show on Star Plus.

Titled Ishqbaaz, the unique concept series will star Nakuul Mehta, Kartik Bishnoi, Leenesh Mattoo, Neha Lakshmi Iyer, Surbhi Chandna and Twinkle Patel. The three leads will define the elements of mind-body-soul in the project.

Now, we have learnt, that the makers have roped in well-known talented actors Mahesh Thakur (Mere Rang Mein) and Reyhna Malhotra (Jamai Raja) for the same.

According to our sources, Mahesh’s character will play one of the leads father who would have an extra marital affair with Reyhna’s character.

Reyhna will we seen playing an out and out negative role who would have an eye on Mahesh’s money.

We tried calling Mahesh, but he remained unavailable.

Though Reyhna confirmed the news and shared, “Yes, I am doing the 4 Lions’ upcoming show for Star Plus. I don’t know much about my role but it will be negative shaded.”

The cast have shot the pilot and it is slated to air by end of this year.
