Zee TV’s newest season of Fear Files will not only scare the viewers with a nightmare, but will also awaken one and all from their sleep.
The launch episode of the show will have two popular names playing central roles.
Seasoned actors Manish Goel and Khyaati Khandke Keswani will feature in the first episode of the new season, produced by Sukesh Motwani’s Bodhi Tree Productions.
The story set up in Ranchi, will revolve around a very superstitious housewife, played by Khyaati and her husband who will be a complete non-believer in superstitions. How their life will go through a series of mess, with their young daughter getting entangled in one such superstition, and how the wife will try to persuade the husband to believe in the superstition to save their daughter, while the husband will decide to fight it out without believing much into it will form the crux of the story.
When contacted, Khyaati told us, “Yes, I have been part of the first episode of Fear Files. I have gone on promotional campaigns for it in Bhopal. The newer season of Fear Files will bring in a more realistic approach to the thrill and horror element on the show. The scary element will be larger than life, and will keep you sleepless even after hours of watching it.”
Manish Goel too confirmed this piece of news saying, “This is my first experience with the horror genre, and I am glad that I did not have to get into the skin of a ghost or something. Rather I played myself, and got to play with a lot of emotions in the episodic.”
