MUMBAI: Manisha Rawat who is essaying the role of Maa Saraswati in the show Jag Jaanani Maa Vaishno Devi – Kahani Mata Rani Ki’ decided to explore her painting skills during this lockdown. Turns out this immensely talented actor is an amazing artist too. She believes in trying times like this adding colour to your life might just brighten up your day.
When spoken to the multi-talented actor about her painting skills she said, “Painting has been my hobby ever since I was a kid. But now, due to hectic shoot schedules I don’t really get the time to paint regularly. I used to paint only during special occasions to present a gift to my close and loved ones in order to make them feel special with a gift that has a personal touch to it. Although on a brighter side, this lockdown has helped relive my childhood days and I have revisited my love for painting.”

Manisha further added, “Painting makes me feel calm and brings in a lot of positivity in me. It helps me be in a different world. I would suggest everyone to do something that they always wanted to do and couldn’t because of time constraints. This is a real good opportunity to explore your rusty childhood skills and hobbies and work on it; not only will that you remain positive during this phase, it will also make you happy.”
