Meet Ashish Kaul - the philanthropist

Ashish Kaul, who was last seen in Parvarrish (DJ’s A Creative Unit) on Sony Entertainment Television, is an active producer and a social worker, besides being a noted actor as well. Tellychakkar.com entered into a conversation with Ashish Kaul wherein he spoke about his prime activities as a social worker. “When I was a small boy, people used to say that I have green fingers in the sense that whatever I lay my hands on, I put life into it. And I always believed what they told me. So I started planting trees since a very young age. And would you believe me, if I said that none of the trees I touched has withered away till date.” “Now I have a son who is young. Together, we have planted at least 1000 trees till now, here, there, everywhere. When I see those trees, I smile. As far as social activities are concerned, I have done very few till now while I aim to do much more in the coming years.” Continued Ashish, “Let me give you an example of one of my activities. In a small village called Poore Lal in Sultanpur district in UP, that is the constituency of MP Sanjay Singh, I opened up a Health Care centre where we have regular health camps. My organisation is called the Believe Foundation. Here, we try to provide proper healthcare and development to all the villagers and residents of nearby villages like the Pipri, that happens to come under Rahul Gandhi's constituency.
