MUMBAI: With every new episode, MTV Splitsvilla X5 is becoming increasingly fascinating. Now that the program is in its second week, relationships are developing, groups are beginning to take shape, and rivalries are beginning to arise.

Ishita Rawat is an integral part of the show and in an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, she shed light on her family’s reaction to her performance in the show and her bond with Uorfi Javed and Sunny Leone. Ishita said, “My entire family watches the show. There was a gathering at my place and my aunt and all the relatives were telling me that I should have said certain things, I thought they would judge me for my conduct in the show but they were very supportive. They told me that whether I am right or wrong, I am their child. My mother was a little sckeptical because she used to see that I am fond of MTV Splitsvilla and that I watch the show. She used to keep saying ‘what kind of show this is’ and that it is very controversial but I had promised her that whatever it takes, I would not do anything which would embarrass or bring humiliation to the family. She is really happy with my journey and the way I conducted myself.”

She added, “I had told her that the show is such that we will have to make connections and she just told me like every mother would do that ‘zyada chipakna nahi’ and the other basic concerns of a parent. “

Ishita was asked about Sunny Leone’s support towards her.

She shared, “Sunny ma’am was extremely supportive. The weather over there was extremely bad. During the day there was extreme heat and at night it was extremely cold. She used to advise us about how to go around things. She used to motivate us and guide us that at least if nothing then two individuals can at least be friends. Off-camera also she was a lot fun. She showed us videos of her kids, treated us with pizzas and also sent kadha when our throats were bad. Uorfi Javed was also sweet.
