MUMBAI: Indian television actress Ashi Singh is known for her contributions to the Hindi entertainment industry. She is best known for portraying the roles of Naina Agarwal in Sony Entertainment Television's Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai and Princess Yasmine in Sony SAB's Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga.

She has been charming the audience with her mesmerising on-screen presence and fine acting chops on-screen.

1. For the unversed, Ashi Singh had debuted on the small-screen with the TV shoe Secret Diaries:The Hidden Chapters in 2015.

2. She had also played cameos in Gumrah 5, Crime Patrol as Tamasha Mandli and Savdhaan India.

3. 2017 was a breakthrough year in her career since she grabbed three projects. Firstly, Ashi starred in the music video 'Zindagi Tujhse Kya Karen Shikvey', co-starring Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia. Next, she played another cameo role of the jailer's daughter in the Bollyood movie Qaidi Band (marking her Bollywood debut).

4. Finally, by the end of that year itself, Ashi bagged her breakthrough small screen role of Naina Agarwal in SET India's show - Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, co-starring actor Randeep Rai as the male lead - Sameer Maheshwari. Naina's role was highly applauded by the show's audience, which helped Ashi gain immense household fame.

5. In 2019, she had featured on the cover of EasternEye in its 1500th issue under the title of 'The Future Belongs to Ashi Singh'.

6. In August 2020, Ashi replaced Avneet Kaur as Princess/ Sultana Yasmine in Sony SAB's Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga, co-starring Sidharth Nigam as the titular lead - Aladdin. Avneet had to quit the show owing to medical reasons.

7. In her free time, Ashi loves to spend her time listening to music.
