MUST-READ! Neha Narang talks about her role in Santoshi Maa, shares how she prepared for the role and reveals that it was quite challenging

MUMBAI: Neha Narang is a well-known face of the Telly world. 

The actress is now gearing up for her upcoming show Santoshi Maa where she plays a pivotal role. 

Neha will be seen as Maa Saraswati on the popular show. 

Tellychakkar got in touch with Neha who spoke in length about her role on the show.

Neha revealed, ''My character plays a very important role in Swati's life. Along with Santoshi Maa, Mata Laxmi, Sarawati and Parvati will protect Swati. All of us will disguise in a different avatar and meet Swati.''

This is a continuity character on the show. 

The actress reveals that she hasn't played such a character before. 

She said, ''I am playing a Goddess for the first time. I used to keep reading the script the moment I get it. It is very difficult as one has to speak proper Hindi. One can't improvise in the script. One can't deliver spontaneous dialogues and this character is extremely challenging for me.''

The actress has so far shot for the show for 4 days till now and is gelling well with the star cast.  

Neha reveals that she is having a difficult time shooting with the heavy clothes and jewellery but she is trying her best. 

The diva has appeared in many television shows like Sasural Genda Phool, Chhoti Sarrdarni, Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki among others. 

The show is produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. It stars Gracy Singh in the lead role.
