MUMBAI:   TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani is well-known for his role on the daily soap Pavitra Rishta. He began his TV career with the show, Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahani. The actor hasn’t been very active in the daily soap scene for the past couple of years, but has been making a name for himself as an anchor and host. He used to date his co-star from Pavitra Rishta, Asha Negi, a long time ago, and their chemistry is talked about till this day too. However, it has also been a long time since they parted ways.

Dhanjani is currently the host of the dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 4, and celebrated his birthday today on 5th November.

Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi were one of TV’s most adorable couples and we saw fans showering love on the duo online. However, the two decided to end the relationship in 2020. Asha was slammed by many for the split, but she never publicly revealed as to why they decided to part ways. Rithvik, however, had once opened up on his relationship with Asha.

Opening up about his relationship with Asha on a chat show, Rithvik said, “I can’t begin to thank my stars enough, not just for that relationship and not just for Asha being a part of my life, but for every human being that loves the both of us together. To date I still have people asking me about the times we spent on Pavitra Rishta together.”

The actor said, “My love is celebrated, and it still has wings. I am in a great place; she is in a beautiful place. I wish the best for her,” adding that those 9-10 years of his life were the best thing that happened to him and it made him who he is. According to him, Asha helped him become a better human being and cannot thank her enough.

“It’s been a beautiful union up until the time it was. We now probably have different ways and journeys. And that’s all that I live by every day,” he revealed.
