A page from the personal diary of Aamir Ali There are so many moments etched in my mind that I often find it difficult to line them up. Life is full of experiences and you tend to learn from them. Personally, I still remember the day when I earned my first income and gifted my mom a salwar kurta. The moment I gifted her, the expression on her face gave me profound happiness and contentment. These small moments make you realise the importance of being loved by those who matter the most in life. They will always be by your side at difficult times. Family is important to me and I have always been close to my loved ones. Now I have moved on in life, have become an actor, but still whenever I get an opportunity I spend time with them. And there are thousand other memories, but this one has always been special to me. Now let me jot down my professional memories. When I look back, I think I have been really lucky and blessed as an actor. People have loved me in all the roles that I have done. But the real special moment for me would be winning Nach Baliye. You might say that I have done so many roles as an actor, then why am I talking about Nach Baliye? As an actor you know that you can act and you want to bag roles. The idea is quite in line with your professional goals. But when you achieve something in a field you know nothing about, then happiness knows no bounds. Before the show, I was not a good dancer at all. Before my performances I used to sit in the loo due to stress and anxiety. I worked really hard and oftentimes my muscles used to get numb. But I overcame all my fear and weakness and emerged as a winner. Till date people come and appreciate my hard work and performance in the show. Winning Nach Baliye was important as it meant conquering unknown boundaries. I am really happy and glad about it. There is lot to experience in the future. Life is a journey and we have to enjoy it. I hope that I grow as an actor and keep entertaining my fans.
