Nach Baliye 9: Shantanu Maheshwari's girlfriend Nityaami Shirke injured

MUMBAI: Produced by Salman Khan, Nach Baliye 9 hit the small screen recently and contestants are working hard to sharpen their dancing skills. Now, there’s report that Shantanu Maheswari’s girlfriend, Nityaami Shirke has torn a ligament while shooting for the first episode of the dance reality show.

It was the duo’s first performance on the show and while dancing, Nityaami reportedly lost her balance during a step, which led to an injury. The tear was quite bad and Nityaami couldn’t perform for the second episode, the shoot of which took place on 19 July at a studio in Malad West.

However, it is being reported that Nityaami will be seen performing next week. When SpotboyE.com contacted her team, while refusing to reveal many details, they just confirmed that Nityaami injured herself but also added that we will see her perform next week.
