MUMBAI: Popular actor Rohit Roy has appeared in a number of popular television shows, as well as films and digital media. The actor recently shared about his daughter getting into an Ivy League University and how he feels about working with his wife in future in an ETimes interview.

He said that he feels ecstatic that Kiara was accepted to Brown University in the United States.

He said, “It is an Ivy League university and I am delighted about my daughter pursuing her studies there. We were worried about her studies given the unpredictable pandemic situation, but everything worked out in the end.”

Rohit also discussed his wonderful relationship with his older brother, Ronit Roy. He stated that the brothers rarely had time to talk about work together.  

He also spoke about sharing screen space with his wife, Manasi. He mentioned that he would like to work together, but Manasi consciously took a decision to focus on Kiara and her studies soon after she was born.

He said , “Manasi felt that it was more important to devote time to Kiara. She also went to the US along with Kiara to help her settle there. Now, Manasi will have more time on hand and then she can focus on work opportunities. She is a very good actress and if there is a script for both of us, we would definitely like to work with each other.”

On the workfront, Rohit has garnered positive feedback for his portrayal in ‘Mumbai Saga,' in which he co-starred with John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi. He has also appeared in several movies and Tv shows.
