MUMBAI: Pearl V Puri is one of the most loved and famous actors of television.
He is multifaceted as he is not only an actor but also a singer. Well, Pearl never planned to become an actor and his father wanted him to become a businessman which he handled.
But it was Pearl 's then girlfriend who wanted him to become an actor as she was a fan of Shah Rukh Khan. Pearl came to the city of dreams, Mumbai and took up acting where he studied the nuances through Anupam Kher's acting academy.
Acting just happened to him. However, his girlfriend who wanted him to become an actor later wanted Pearl to quit acting. In an interview Pearl mentioned that it is all in the past now and she is happily married.
