Actor Salil Ankola who is seen impressing all in Karmphal Data Shani (Colors and Swastik Productions) is in terrible pain.
Why? Well, the actor recently met with an accident on the set.
As per a scene, Shani (Kartikey Malviya) and Suryadev (Salil) were in a war and while fighting, a heavy sphere slipped out of Kartikey’s hand and fell on Salil, hurting him.
Talking about the incident Salil said, "It was an unfortunate situation when the sphere accidentally dropped on my neck. For few minutes my voice box got chocked and I also have few bruises around my neck area. Luckily, being a sportsman my reflexes are very sharp and I could save myself."
He also shared that Kartikey got quite upset about the matter. "He is only 13 and was feeling sad and guilty about the matter. Before the final take, we had done few rehearsals and all went well, but during the final take, the accident happened. Me and my wife Ria sat with Kartikey and made him understand that it was not his fault,” he quipped.
As of now, Salil is recuperating.
