When asked about her mother, Parampara revealed how her music journey has been intricately tied to the unyielding support and guidance of her mother, Sangeeta Thakur. Parampara said “I never thought talking about this would make me so emotional, to the point where my voice trembles. I’ve rarely had the opportunity to speak about my mother. Whatever music is within me, it’s all because of her. Her name, fittingly, is Sangeeta, and she has been my guru since childhood. She’s a classically trained singer and has imparted invaluable lessons, not just about music but about life itself. She has always stood above everyone else for me, shielding me from scoldings and believing in me. She would often tell others, ‘Whatever my daughter does, she’ll do it well.’ Today, I bow down to her from here. Everything I am, all that I have, is because of her blessings,”
