Actor Parveen Kaur who has been part of shows like Pavitra Rishta, Ek Ghar Banaunga, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Saraswatichandra, Balika Vadhu and many more has been roped in for the Channel V show, Ishq Unplugged (Panorama Entertainment).
She will play the role of the male protagonist’s mother (Mohit Gaur).
As per reliable sources, “The lady will be a typical Punjabi housewife who would be loving and caring towards her children. She would do the perfect juggling act when it will come to balancing between the different ideologies of her husband and kids. While her husband would want his son Mandy to get into the family business, she will go on to yield a supporting hand to her son who would aspire to become a singer.”
When contacted, Parveen confirmed the news of her being part of the show.
Parveen in addition to her stints in popular TV shows has done interesting cameo roles in the movies Chinar and the recently released Airlift.
