Model-turned-actor Shahwar Ali and wife Marcela Ayesha, from Sony Entertainment Television’s Power Couple, are enjoying this new ride, “I am extremely happy to be a part of Sony TV's reality show,” said Sharwar.
When asked about his experience in the show, he replied, “It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed a lot. Power Couple is all about love and positivity. It was my debut on TV and I am happy that I selected this show as my maiden venture.”
The actor, known for playing supporting roles in films like Om Shanti Om and Bbuddah… Hoga Terra Baap, said he would definitely work on TV again.
Shahwar added, “I would love to do a TV show. I was shocked to know the wide range of TV. Now everywhere I go, people recognize me as a contestant of Power Couple. I am happy with the kind of response I have got from TV. I am open to both positive and negative roles, but it should be something challenging.”
Talking about the concept of the show, the actor shared, “It is a wonderful concept by the channel. Marcela and I know each other for four years but through this show we have got to know each other better. I was not aware of how Marcela strength. I would just advice married couples and those people who don’t get time to spend with their loved ones to be part of this show. As through Power Couple, their bond will become stronger.”
