Mahesh calls Preeta to talk to her about Sherlyn but meets with a deadly accident.

The mastermind behind this accident is none other than Sherlyn, who informs Prithvi about the situation and asks him to get Mahesh killed.

Mahesh is severely injured. The last call he made was to Preeta, and Sherlyn takes advantage of this situation and frames Preeta in Mahesh's accident, which enrages Karan.
