Rashami Desai becomes Rash-‘Maa' of the Bigg Boss 13 house

MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 13 contestant Rashami Desai breaks down after being constantly knocked down by petty complaints made by other contestants of the house. After being assigned the cooking duty, Rashami, along with Devoleena has been sweating it out in the kitchen to bring food to the table for all the housemates. But after a recent brawl between Siddharth-Devoleena and Rashami over how Rotis should be made in the house, Rashami has been feeling that all her efforts are going unvalued. Moreover, in the sneak peek of the next episode, Abu Malik was seen complaining about the taste of the food, and Rashami couldn’t help but break down into tears. She was seen saying “Hurt hua mujhe. Mein bahut pyaar se khaana banati hu, lekin koi value nahi karta”. Amidst all the games and plotting that have been taking place in the house, little did somebody realise how hard Rashami was working to cook for all of them with love. Rashami also tried to be vocal about it to Devoleena, Siddharth and Shehnaaz, but nothing changed. Cooking and serving food to people is considered a very humane deed all around the world, but not every person who does this is appreciated. 

We can’t help but relate this situation to every household where the mother cooks for her entire family everyday and does not get appreciated enough.  None of us thought how a controversial show like Bigg Boss would open our eyes to truths like these. We stand by Rashami and all the mothers who work tirelessly to make sure we go to sleep with a happy stomach.
