Rashmi Sharma Telefilms’ next for Star Plus to be based on Bollywood movie Hum Aapke Hai Kaun

Rashmi Sharma Telefilms is one of the most renowned production houses in the television industry. The production house has given many popular shows like Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Sasural Simar Ka, Swaragini, Muskaan, and many other shows. The USP of their shows is that they are based on family values.

Well, TellyChakkar has learned that the ace production house is all set to roll out a new show for Star Plus. Sources tell us that Rashmi Sharma’s new show will be inspired by popular Bollywood movie Hum Aapke Hai Kaun.

Hum Aapke Hai Kaun was produced by Suraj Barjatya’s Rajshree Production. The plot of the movie revolved around two families reuniting for an arranged marriage. However, the bond between the family thickens with a love story between two of the members. A tragedy changes the dynamics of the relationship shared by the two couples. Renuka Shahane, Monish Behl, Salman Khan, and Madhuri Dixit played pivotal roles in the show.

Well, it will be interesting to know who will be cast for playing the iconic roles from the movie in TV adaptation.

Rashmi Sharma Telefilms has ongoing shows like Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Santoshi Maa, and Ranju Ki Betiyaa.
