Roadies fame Sonel Singh and Surabhi Prabhu to feature in Star Plus' Everest

The young brigade that has been selectively hand-picked by the ace film maker Ashutosh Gowariker for his upcoming show on Star Plus, Everest certainly looks fresh with enormous talent. In addition to the lead faces Shamata Anchan, Sahil Salathia and Rohan Gandotra, Roadies fame Sonel Singh will play a pivotal role in the show. Along with her will be seen yet another model and dancer Surabhi Prabhu. Sonel Singh, a popular model and actress was a participant in the fifth season of MTV Roadies. In Everest, she will play a negative shaded character, who would be a colleague of the female lead Shamata, at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) at Uttarkashi wherein they would get trained in mountaineering. When contacted, Sonel told us, “I am bound by a contract, and I cannot speak about the show now.” We tried calling Surabh too, but could not get through to her. Everest will launch on Star Plus on 3 November and will take the 10 PM slot.
