MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.

It has just been a while that we reported about a speculation that the show is heading towards a generation leap. We also informed our readers that Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia might essay the role of Meher’s daughter Seher in the show.

Now, the latest buzz is that a new actor is also set to join the cast of the show.

As per sources, actor Rohit Lamba will be seen joining the cast of the show. Rohit will be seen portraying a character named Yash.

We couldn’t connect with Rohit for a comment.

The shoot of the show is carried at Delhi owing to the sudden lockdown in Mumbai, Maharashtra, owing to the coronavirus scare.

Well, the show has been in the news for its lead actress Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia going on a break owing to health issues. The makers roped in actress Kratika Sengar to be a part of the show until Nimrit returned. Well, after a gap of almost one and half months, Nimrit is back as Meher in the show, while Kratika (Sandhya) is set to bid adieu.
