Round two for Tisca

Television and theatre actor Tisca Chopra, who’s been missing from the small screen for some time now after playing a positive character in Zee TV’s Sarkar, is all excited about her upcoming debut in Bollywood. The gorgeous actor has completed shooting for her first film Taare Zameen Pe opposite superstar Aamir Khan, which is slated to release next month. According to Tisca, the character she will now essay is an interesting one and completely different from what she had done in Sarkar earlier. Tisca informs, “I’m not going to spill the beans at the moment as I want my producers to make an official announcement of the same. The only thing I can reveal is that I am excited to be a part of the film as it's not a run of the mill kind of a role. I want to continue doing glamorous roles on screen.” “Post Sarkar, the offers were not at all exciting. So, I preferred to stay off from those usual scripts. This character is so different and that's why it's going to be my debut vehicle," adds Tisca. Are there any projects on the anvil? "I’m just concentrating on Taare…at the moment. Very soon, I am going to sign a film," she says. Any plans to do daily soaps? “Why not, if something like Sarkar comes my way.”
