Rucha's the new Bhabhi

It's now time for the audience to see a new Bhabhi on Star Plus' Bhabhi. No, it isn't a replacement for Dolly Sohi but a twist instead, to keep the track running after Dolly quit the show for marital bliss in CanadaThe show will now be revolving around Rucha Gujarati who plays Saroj's daughter. "I am certainly going to take over my mother's position in the show. I will take her place as I too have inherited the same ethics and values from her. As I get married to Vishu Chopra, we two will be the leads now," says an excited Rucha. So how will Dolly exit the show? Rucha says, "She will be shown exiting the show in the next few episodes. Only I will be aware of the fact that she takes up sanyas, otherwise everyone will be under the impression that she is dead." Puneet Sachdev who is shown married to Rucha in the show now, says, "Yes, Rucha and I are going to be the next lead pair after Dolly and Manish. I am very much happy with my character; I always wanted it to be the way it is now." On asking him about his relationship with Rucha in the show, he says, "I play a negative character; it is actually a mixture of positive and negative. I am spoiled because of my mother. I can't be revealing much, but yes, it is definitely not going to be an easy time for Rucha after marriage, as I will be pesky husband." If these two are extremely happy about playing the lead, there is someone who doesn't sound as contented after seeing the story taking a major spin and that is Tilak aka Manish Goyal. "I am still under negotiations with UTV and the creative team. I have gone through the script and I am not that happy with it. I joined in as the lead of the show and now I cannot see my self playing the role of a father in law," says Manish who is in Delhi with wife Poonam to celebrate New Year with family.
