MUMBAI: Sangita Ghosh is a well known actress of the television industry and she has a massive fan following.
She is better known for her role of Pammi in the television serial Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand which made her a household name.
The actress was also seen in the serial Divya Drishti. She was part of many successful shows like Rabba Ishq Na Hove, Viraasat, Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara, Parvarrish - Season 2 etc.
She has also anchored and hosted several award shows
Sangita was seen last in COLORS show Swaran Ghar and the audience loved her on the show.
These days she is making headlines as she would be seen in the upcoming show on Sun Neo titled Saajha Sindoor.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress and asked her if screen space matters to her and she also revealed about her character.
Tell us something about your character?
I enjoy all my characters and there are some characters where it is a lot of fun to play the role. This character Saroaj and I have started shooting and the way my scenes are shot it feels good and I don't approach a negative role as negative I play it as a character and it's her point of view, my approach is different and I don't see a role in a negative and positive and I am having a lot of fun playing this character.
Which actor has been your favourite to work with on screen?
Actually I have worked with so many actors Amar Upadhyay, Hiten Tejwani, Ronit Roy, Varun Badola and there are so many names. With everyone my chemistry was really good on screen, I think I had fun working with all and I miss working. Like in my earlier show I was working with Ronit and I had a lot of fun working with him. It was my first time though it was less time since it was his cameo. I learnt a lot and had so much fun.
When you get a role does screen space matter to you?
Sometimes it does, I won't deny as actors we are selfish until now whatever roles I have been offered have been very powerful whether it's negative or positive and if you have more screen time you can do a lot with the character and the role. Like when I was essaying a negative role, I didn't think I could pull it off and I got that opportunity and the screen time does matter.
Well, there is no doubt that the fans are excited to see Saajha Sindoor that will be launched on Sun Neo.
