MUMBAI: SAB TV has always managed to entertain viewers with rib-tickling shows. This time, the channel is set to introduce something unique to its ardent viewers.
Two-minute gags titled Dolly Ki Doli will air between every show on Saturdays and Sundays.
The gags will feature comedians Paritosh Tripathi and Sugandha Mishra. Sugandha will play a wife and Paritosh will portray three different characters: husband, saas, and neighbour.
The gags will be written by acclaimed writers Sharad Tripathi and Vankush Arora.
Shedding some light on the project, Sharad shared, ‘It is a very interesting concept of keeping viewers glued during interval time. Every Saturday and Sunday, the audience will watch fresh gags, and the same will be aired throughout the week. After doing so many daily soaps, this comes as change for me. I have possibly tried my hands in all genres but comedy is something new and exciting.’
