On their way back from Shirdi the Executive Producer and the Scheduler of Chand Ke Paar Chalo met with a fatal accident on Saturday at around 12 pm. Both of them were accompanied by their families. Actress Nupur Alankaar who plays a role in the serial informs, “While returning to Mumbai, EP Manish and scheduler Vikas who were travelling along with their families met with a major accident where their car rammed into a bus. They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. Manish and Vikas have several severe injuries. Manish has multiple fractures in the ribs. His wife is in the ICU and his two and a half year old daughter has a fracture in her waist. Vikas and his family are now discharged and they are recuperating at their home. The car was damaged beyond the recognition and it is hard to imagine that people inside it survived the accident. One must thank Sai Baba for saving the precious lives.” “One strange thing that Manish told me when I had called him to find out about his health was that there were three idols of Lord Krishna, Sai Baba and Lord Ganesha in the car, but post the accident only Sai Baba’s idol was left there and other two idols went missing along with Manish’s wallet and mobile. I just wish they recover soon,” informs a dazed Nupur. We too wish them a speedy recovery.
