Shavez Khan to feature in Sony TV's Encounter

This week in the recently launched Encounter, specialist series on Sony Entertainment Television by Endemol India, will present a visual treat on television which we have so far enjoyed only on 70mm screens. The story will be a la Shootout At Lokhandwala movie and will feature the negative lead of the show, Chetan Hansraj inspiring a group of local thefts to become gangsters. Actor Shavez Khan, who has done episodics in shows like CID, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Crime Patrol, will essay a primary character who will convince his four other friends into the conspiracy which will help them boost their careers into the world of crime. With the immense drama and chaos in the show, the crime officer Eijaz Khan will finally nab them but when they plead to be guilty, they will be encountered. We contacted Shavez and he said, “It was interesting to do the 3 episode story. I really liked the concept and we also had some interesting action scenes while shooting. I cannot confirm about the story but all I can say is that the story is sketched similar to what we have seen in Shootout At Lokhandwala and Shootout At Wadala. I think this is going to be one of the most dhamakedar stories on Encounter till date.” All the best, Shavez!!!
