MUMBAI: Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain fame actress and Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde, who was all set to make a comeback on the television screen with the comedy show Gangs of Filmistan, quit the show before its premiere. She cited issues with working with comedian Sunil Grover as well as their long working hours. The controversy escalated and now, Shilpa has slammed the producers Preeti and Neeti Simoes for leaking their Whatsapp chats. Shilpa also shared screenshots of her conversation with Preeti and asked them to stop spreading lies.
Shilpa had earlier shared a screenshot of her email to clarify that she had approached Preeti Simoes about her complaints before the controversy escalated. In another post, she shared a few screenshots of her chats with Preeti and accused her of sharing their WhatsApp chats with media after hiding Shilpa’s replies. She asked them to stop spreading lies and she said that apart from this she also has phone calls to prove that she had clearly said that she doesn’t want to work with Sunil Grover. Shilpa’s text to Preeti on August 29 shows that she mentioned about it all 'beginning with a bunch of lies,' and that she was upset that she isn't doing anything major on the show.
Shilpa also shared a few pictures of the script of their show. Sharing the pictures, Shilpa wrote, "THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK" Suits on you Dear Preeti/ Neeti Simoes @preeti_simoes @neeti_simoes Have some shame Preeti/Neeti Simoes..Screenshot nahi dalne ko bol rahi aur phir khud WhatsApp ki Chat mere replies hide karke media ko de rahi ho Abhi kya mein bhi poori script post kar du??Maine sirf abhi front page post kiya hai.. "Ek bar clearly apni baat batane ke baad ,I am not answerable to u..Mera NO means NO hota Hai" "DOODH KA DOODH PAANI KA PAANI ABHI HO GAYA HAI"..So Plz stop spreading lies...Asliyat Saamne aa gayi toh mirchi lagi kya?? While speaking to SpotboyE, Preeti Simoes said, "She has not informed her exit from the show to us or the channel till now. So, we will keep sending her the shooting schedule until she informs her decision officially to us. There has been no communication from her end as she is not reverting to any calls and messages. The last conversation we had was her informing us that she has got a cold because of which we told her not to come to the shoot.”
