The pretty looking Shivangi Verma, who got an entry in the TV industry thanks to her ‘MasterChef’ boyfriend Ripudaman Handa, has now created a niche for herself as a talented actress.

After portraying the character of a disabled nurse in Sister Didi, the girl is all set to play a journalist in Sony Entertainment Television’s Reporters (Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd).

Shivangi will play Richa Lakhani, a perfect combination of beauty and brains. She will be Ananya’s (Kritika Kamra) childhood friend. Although she will come from a very rich family the girl will be an independent person wanting to make her mark in the field of journalism.

Richa will be a stylish and charming person who will have her way with her beauty and wit.

Confirming her entry, Shivangi quipped, “The concept of the show really interested me and I readily agreed to do it. The character is so similar to me that I don’t have to put any extra effort to play it. I want to tell all my viewers to catch up with this show as it will be one of a kind for sure.”
